12 - SHOULDER PRESS SQUAT THRUSTS
20- KICK-UPS
16 - STANDING BICEPS CURLS
16- TRICEPS CURLS 
50 - BODY WEIGHT SQUATS
20- FROG CRUNCHES 

ENDING WITH-
100- WALKING LUNGES
